Don’t you just hate it when you order a disc and have no idea what color or weight will arrive? Well, so do we. That’s why Disc Nation provides you with the ability to select a color/weight range as you shop that is directly tied to our stock! Look around, there are not too many other sites out there that offer this level of service.
How do we do this? We classify all discs that arrive at our facility according to exact color and weight, and update our site with this new stock immediately when it is received. We use a load of advanced technology so that as were receiving these discs, they are immediately uploaded to our site and made available for you to buy. Information on product options that are currently in-stock then appears next to the product listing for every disc we carry. For example, if you are looking for an Innova Wraith STAR disc and see the option “171 Orange-Red”, this tells you that we currently have at least one Wraith STAR disc in stock that weighs exactly 171 grams in a color hue that we've classified as Orange-red. We take a similar approach with other products as well, except that we list the options that are specific to that item rather than color and weight. For example, when you look at Disc Nation’s bag selection, you will see the color we currently have in stock for every bag. This way, if you want a green bag you get a green bag. Simple, right? That’s what we think, too.

You may be asking, which colors exactly do we use, and how were they chosen? Well, we called in the experts! After examining tons of plastic, our graphics pro ended up with 31 color descriptions that would cover every disc out there.
Disc Nation currently classifies all discs as one of the following colors:
Yellow-Green, Light Green, Bright Green, Dark Green, Blue-Green, Light Blue, Blue, Dark Blue, Brown, Gold, Beige, Pale Pink, Pale Purple, Pink, Purple, Red, Maroon, Orange-Red, Orange, Pale Orange, Yellow, Bright Yellow, Gray/Silver, Black, White, Clear, Multi-Color (often called "swirls" or "blends"), Tie-Dye, Glow-in-the-Dark, Ultraviolet, and SuperColor (full-color prints).
Exact Color Guide
At Disc Nation we strive to meet our customers' expectations. Since color classification can be very personal and subjective, we provide the following graphical guide featuring 25 shades of each color. These are the same images we use to classify our inventory--so if you order a "Dark Blue" disc, you can expect one of our 25 Dark Blue shades.
** Note: Images below represent solid chromatic colors; Black/White/Gray, Tie-Dye, Multi-Color, Glow, etc. are not represented in this guide.
PINK: Please note, we've found our customers either love or hate pink, and slightly pinkish reds and purples have caused issues in the past for those who dislike pink discs. Therefore our Pink color range includes everything that could be subjectively called Pink, from cool reds (commonly "neon red" or "salmon") to light-warm pink-purple. In the center of that range you'll find the typical bubblegum and neon/hot pinks that pink plastic lovers prefer. If you are ordering a Pink disc and have specific preferences on the type or family of Pink you want, please use the Notes section at Checkout. We cannot guarantee the availability of particular colors, especially under subjective names and circumstances, but we will try to honor your preference.
Disc Weights
Disc Nation lists each disc for sale with its exact gram weight. For discs that come marked with an exact weight from the manufacturer, we use the weight as marked (except where noted - see below for "precision weighed"). For discs that come marked with a weight range, we re-weigh each disc as it enters our massive order processing facility.
If you receive a disc marked "precision weighed" on the label, that disc has been weighed at our facility. This weight may vary from manufacturer weight.

Disc Golf (also known as "Frisbee Golf" and "Folf" or "Frolf" and even "Disk Golf") is played much like traditional golf. Players use flying discs (golf discs or Frisbees®) and play holes that start with a tee area and end with a Disc Golf Basket or Target. The object: complete the hole by putting your golf disc in the basket in the fewest number of throws. The sport was formalized in the 1970s and is governed by the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA). There are over 3,800 courses worldwide with over 3,200 in the U.S.
