How can I tell what color disc I will receive?
Our web site is tied directly to the inventory we have in stock and ready to ship, so you will only be able to choose a color category that is currently in stock for the disc you want. We separate the colors into Bright, Dark or Light colored discs, so please select the color category that matches the type of color you would like to receive. If you are looking for a specific color (i.e. yellow), then please add a note to your order requesting that color if we have it.

How can I tell what weight disc I will receive?
Our web site is tied directly to the inventory we have in stock and ready to ship, so you can only order a disc in a weight range (ex 166-169g) that we have in stock. However, you may include a note at checkout letting us know if you have a specific preference (ex. Please try to make the drivers as close to 175g as possible).
Will you send me a disc in a weight I did not order?
We work very hard to keep our inventory correct so that we will always have exactly what you order. If we do not have the weight you selected in stock, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone. We will NOT send you a disc outside the weight class you ordered without contacting you first. If you only want an exact weight (i.e. 175g), then add a note to your order and let us know if it is acceptable to send any other weight if your preferred weight is not available.

Can I return something if I decide to?
You can return any item that is in new condition within 60 days of purchase. Simply send it back to us along with a copy of your receipt and clear instructions for how you would like us to handle the return, like “Please issue a refund for the enclosed items”, or “Please send a DX Wraith in the 170-172g weight range instead”. What if I want to exchange an item?
Send the unwanted item back to us with a copy of your receipt and let us know what you would like in exchange. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the return to us and having a new item sent to you.

I live in or near Austin. Can I order online and pick up at your store?
Absolutely! Our On-line Superstore contains the same inventory as our Austin Superstore, so you can place an order on-line for in-store pickup. By doing this, we will have your items picked and ready to go when you arrive, provided that you have paid for the order on-line (we do not pick orders or reserve inventory until the order is paid). For store pickups, please select the shipping method of “Pick Up Order at Austin, TX Superstore!” This will allow you to checkout without paying any shipping charges, and let us know that you’ll be coming by to get it.
Can you recommend some discs for me?
The filter on our site allows you to sort discs by many categories including “beginner”, “sidearm”, 150g class, etc. If you are looking for beginner disc recommendations, then please

I want to buy a gift for someone else, but I don’t know what they want. Can you help?
Our very best advice is to buy a gift certificate. We offer gift certificates in any denomination and you can choose to have it sent instantly to the recipient by e-mail or to have a certificate sent through US mail. Gift certificates can be redeemed on-line or in our Austin Texas Superstore. What could be better?
Will you sponsor my event?
Disc Nation is a proud supporter of many disc golf and charitable activities. Since we receive hundreds of requests for sponsorship and donations each year, we simply cannot provide substantial donations to most events. We firmly believe in the “Think Globally, Act Locally” philosophy and therefore will only consider sponsoring events held in the Central Texas (primarily Austin) area. I just placed my order. When will I receive it from FedEx?
All orders ship out no later than 1 business day after you order. If you place an order at 6:00pm on Tuesday, it will ship out on Wednesday and take between 1 and 5 business days to reach you.

I need my order by tomorrow. Can I get it in time?
That depends on what time it is now and how much you are willing to pay for shipping. Overnight shipping may not be available to all areas and will definitely be very expensive (generally $30+ for a single disc order). Please call to make sure we will be able to ship your order out the same day.
I ordered 2 day shipping on Wednesday, but did not receive my order until Monday. What happened?
An order that comes in on Wednesday will usually not ship until Thursday. Since FedEx does not deliver express packages on weekends, 2 day shipping will get your order to you on Monday.
I placed an order, but I forgot something. I placed another order right away and had to pay shipping again. Can my orders be combined?
Please be sure to include a note at checkout letting us know that you placed more than 1 order on the same day. Whenever possible, we will combine your orders and compensate you for the additional shipping charges with either a refund or a gift certificate.
FedEx says they delivered my order, but I didn’t get it – now what?
FedEx generally requires the shipper to handle any traces or claims, so please let us know as soon as possible and we will contact FedEx.
Can I use FedEx ground if my address is a PO Box?
No – FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you select FedEx shipping and provide us with a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped until we can get in touch with you to get a street address or you authorize us to charge you the higher cost for US Mail shipping.
My order already shipped, but I made a mistake. Can you have the package stopped and sent back to you?
No – this process is costly and not very effective. Wait until you receive the order and then you can decide if you want to return the item.
Will I get the tie-dye that is pictured?
No – each tie-dyed disc is unique and we generally keep the disc pictured in case future photos are required.
Will I get the solid color disc that is pictured?
In general, No. Even if an orange disc is pictured and you select “Bright”, you likely will not receive the color pictured. We encourage all customers to add notes to their order with specific color requests and instructions for how we should proceed if we can not meet the request. We want to send you the items you want them as much as you want to receive them, but we are at the mercy of the manufacturers for colors and weights that are available. If you add a note to your order, we read it an act on it. In fact, we print order-related notes right on your receipt with a response so that you know we saw it and acted upon it. How’s that for service?
Will I get the exact hot stamp that is pictured?
Unless noted, the disc you are purchasing is the current run & current stamp for that disc. The disc manufacturers change hot stamps all the time, so the change is generally not communicated to us. Discs that are collectible in nature are listed separately and contain the details of what you will receive in the title and or description. If you order a STAR TeeRex, for example, you will receive whatever the current stamp is. If you order a STAR TeeRex – 1st Run Star Stamp, then you will receive this disc with the Innova Champion Star Stamp which denotes the first run, as an example. If it does not say 1st run, etc., in the listing, then you will not be receiving the 1st run stamp.

Where is the tracking number for my order shipped through US Mail?
USPS does not provide tracking numbers that can be used to track progress. The US Mail tracking numbers are for loss claims and delivery confirmation only. If you need to be able to track your shipment, then select one of the FedEx methods of delivery.
I ordered a target. Where is my tracking number?
Many of the targets we sell ship directly from the manufacturer, and this is noted on the product detail page for these items. Since we do not ship all baskets ourselves, sometimes we do not get the tracking number for a shipment before it has been delivered. This circumstance is far below the standards we set for orders we process, but the cost of having targets shipped to us so that we can ship them to our customers would add $25 - $40 to the cost of each basket. The input we have received is that customers would prefer the lower price without the guarantee of a tracking number.

Why is there a big sticker on the bottom of my disc?
To ensure accuracy, most of our discs have a bar code sticker on them. These stickers allow us to only show you products that we have in stock, and allows us to pick and ship orders faster than any of our competitors and with fewer errors. If it does not peel off easily, scrub it lightly with a sponge.
