The Pro Orc (released in July 2004) is a close cousin to the Valkyrie and Beast. This disc is made from the same mold as the famous Champion Orc, but from Innova's old-school Pro plastic. The Orc is more stable than a Valk, but slightly less stable than a Beast. It is designed to provide more stability than the Valk in the early, high-speed, portion of the flight, and similar stability to the Beast at the end of its flight.

This Orc is from the Original runs of the disc that utlized a much more sticky and Chalky version of the Pro Blend plastic. These discs are easily recognized because they do not have the flight ratings in the stamp, like the re-released Pro Orc. These old school Orcs are sweet and desired by throwers and collectors alike.

Disc Golf (also known as "Frisbee Golf" and "Folf" or "Frolf" and even "Disk Golf") is played much like traditional golf. Players use flying discs (golf discs or Frisbees®) and play holes that start with a tee area and end with a Disc Golf Basket or Target.
